These two terms have different meanings, and different parts-of-speech:
All ready is simply a combination of all (a quantifier) and ready (an adjective):
The children were all ready to get in the car.
(All of them were ready)
Already, in contrast, is an adverb meaning, “in the past” or “before”:
The children were already in the car, even before they were told.
All ready is two separate words, with a predictable meaning. Already means “before (the action referred to elsewhere).”
